As we all know, Bread Pakoda is the Maharashtrian food. It is one of the famous North Indian street food. It is also recognized as Bread Pakora. Wada-Pav is the life of Mumbaikar. So likewise, Bread Pakoda is also famous in Mumbai.

Guyzzzzz, without letting our mouths water, let's start making Bread Pakoda. First of all, we talking about ingredients. so, let's dive into it.

Ingredients for Making Bread Pakoda - 

  • Bread Packet (Bread Slice)
Note: You are free to choose any bread according to your choice. Either brown bread or white one.
  • 1 cup of gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cup of rice flour
  • 2 Potato
  • Chili Powder and all Masala's 
  • 1 Onion + Veggies
  • Oil (For Deep Fry)
  • Salt

Making Bread Pakoda

Step 1 - Take 2 boiled potatoes and smashed them well.

Step 2 - Cut onion and all veggies properly.

Step 3 - Take a smashed potato and add cut onion and all cut veggies, red chilly powder, all masala, and salt. Mix it well and our stuffing is ready.

Step 4 -  Take a bread slice and divide it into 2 parts as per the image.

Step 5 - Take one divided slice of bread and spread stuffing on it and cover it with another cut side of bread.

Step 6 - Take 1 cup gram flour, 1 tablespoon rice flour, a pinch of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, and salt in a wide bowl.

Step 7 - Add water as needed and mix it well. It should not be too thick or too thin.

Step 8 - Heat the pan and add oil to fry the bread pakoda.

Step 9 - Add stuffing bread in gram flour batter and deep fry it. Take the pakoda out of the pan.







Step 10 - Your Bread Pakoda is ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Serve pakoda with sauce and enjoy your snack.
